Quiet beautiful retreat in Italian Alps.

Very helpful, warm and welcoming staff. Perfectly clean rooms, great variety of breakfast, quiet and very comfortable stay. Perfect place to rest and unwind, with a local vibe.

Wonderful

The stuff was exceptionally nice considering my unusual requests. Have nothing bad to say about the room! Unfortunately I haven't good the chance to experience breakfast, but I got lovely homemade cookies for the road!

Amazing hotel, amazing staff, beautiful place.

Everything was amazing! From my 4 day trip to dolomites, this is the best place I have been to. My motorcycle broke down during the gavia pass and I was going to be late to the check in at 22h, but the staff patiently waited for me and I was able to check in a little later. They welcomed me with a smile and accomodated me quickly in a room that was perfect for one person. The bed was big and the room was comfy. I had the best sleep there. In the morning they made breakfast which was also really nice. I drinked coffe on the porch and enjoyed some beautiful scenery and fresh air. The hotel and the staff is simply amazing! They helped me find a mechanic on a sunday to fix my bike. The hospitality was unlike any other. I thank you for everything you've done to make me feel welcomed. I will be seeing you again!

Great accomodatuon

This place is just wonderful. Nice room (good space even in single room), hosts very helpful, and the breakfast; not a standard Italian croissant and cappuccino but abundant buffet beating easily most of the 5 star hotels I have visited in business trips. Recommend strongly :-).

Lovely experience and would recommend

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast had a great variety. The room was excellent. Very handy location, 10/15 mins was into the town and bus stop at the entrance to hotel.

To park inside was €10.

Exceptional

The hotel is excellent: great rooms, delicious breakfast buffet, and good location. We particularly loved the luxurious private spa experience. But most of all, the staff is extremely accommodating. They are so lovely and helpful and do their absolute best to meet your requests. Also a great hotel due to having a room for ski equipment, a bus stop right next to the hotel, good parking and a cozy lounge/bar area.

Amazing family business with wonderful people!

The staff of the hotel are the rock of the business. They are truly amazing, a wonderful family business, very attentive and willing to help you with everything you need. We had a warm welcome check in, when we got all the information about the amenities of the hotel but also about the benefits in town. The sustainability police which they promote is a wonderful aspect and this is a great achievement for a hotel which is not part of a large brand. Well done!

Not having a dinner option in house. But who knows....maybe this will come next:)

Amazing staff that made us feel so welcome, with attention to all small details.

The staff were so kind and accommodating, which really made a difference to our stay. When I hurt my arm, they found ice & cream for me and then went the extra mile to find me paste for the bruising. Their attention to detail and generous spirit was a huge highlight of our stay - thank you for looking after us so well. Lovely breakfast, with beautiful scrambled eggs. The breakfast was an another example of amazing attention to detail.

The bus routes were a little hard to follow and it seems strange to only have a return bus at 4pm and then the next one was 5pm

Excellent breakfast. Very helpful staff. Clean. Big outside parking & underground garage. Skibus stop in front of the hotel.

Best hotel I have ever stayed in. Beautiful beautiful beautiful!!!

Everything about this hotel is fantastic. It is a beautiful intimate hotel, run by kind, helpful and wonderful people. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was out of this world.. amazing. The actual hotel is a short walk from the town and if you miss the ski bus which I did twice it wasn't too far to walk back if you are wearing snowboard boots.???? Absolutely wonderful

Spent 2 night over there... And was fantastic. Really really beautiful place and lovely staff!

The breakfast was lovely and everything hand made. The entire staff is extremely careful on your need, and I'll of them are really nice. The place is really beautiful and have also a good view!
